With close to thirty years of experience, with twenty of those years at management level, Yasmin is driven by achieving impacts that can be scaled and make improvements in the lives of people. A highly motivated individual, she works across sectors to ensure inclusive and equitable outcomes are achieved. She has extensive experience with strategic, political, and general management responsibilities and has substantial experience in organizational change. A leader with international experience gained in small and medium enterprises as well as large organizations, Yasmin has worked in diverse sectors and has a proven track record to provide excellent management, field, and central support.

A passionate educator, who has a strong desire to help learners achieve their potential, Yasmin delivers engaging lectures confidently and facilitates thought-provoking discussions to help people connect their learning with real-world application. Apt at delivering lectures face-to-face in small or large settings, she is also excellent at online delivery. She teaches Intercultural Communication, English, Communication Skills, and Academic Writing to undergraduate and post-graduate students. She also coaches undergraduates and conducts career preparation programmes at institutions of higher learning. As a corporate trainer, she designs and conducts training solutions for organizations.
